Jayne Tessmer Solc, Vice President, Responsible for identifying new multifamily acquisition opportunities and overseeing multifamily operations. Jayne joined the Acquisitions Team with Michelson in 2001 after graduating from Blackburn College with concentrations in Psychology and Business Administration. After leaving briefly to pursue her Master’s Degree at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, Jayne returned to Michelson and spent 17 years in the Multifamily Property Management field. During this time, Jayne was directly responsible for over 3,500 units and several property takeovers.
