With over sixty years of tenure at Michelson, a degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and a long and fruitful history of multifamily, industrial, and office acquisitions, leasing, management and dispositions experience, Bruce is uniquely qualified to lead Michelson and significant real estate investment vehicles.
